Good selection of Vietnamese and Western brunch food. Coffee was great and service was pleasing. Seats and space a little small but I would say this is one of the better ones within the blacktown area.Price point average but for convenience sake this is a great spot for a meal and drink. Value and taste wise if you require higher standards probably gotta pop over to Cabramatta area

I love this place. The staff are friendly and take pride in their service standard and the quality of their food. I was there in the first week and returning for my third visit. The shop has evolved to morph with the bread shop two doors down, which is their sister business. Saigon Rush does a great pho, great banh mi, and it looks like the vermicelli noodles and rice paper rolls look awesome. I'll eat those on visit four.

Friendly and welcoming staff with great Vietnamese food and great coffee by seven miles! I had a small oat latte and a pork chop rice and my partner had a Viet coffee and a generous serving of pho and it was amazing. Would highly recommend if anyone is in the area and in need of a Viet food fix

Genuinely amazing pho! It reminds me of my own mum’s home cooked pho which I thought could never be even closely matched. This is my 3rd time here and every visit is so enjoyable. I also had a mocha which was very nice too. Friendly and fast service every time. Highly recommend the visit and trying their Vietnamese Coffee

Quaint little place is suburbia. Only small with limited dine in seating. Plenty of parking in the open shopping centre car park out front. Food was quite nice and reasonably priced. Beef pho soup was tasty without being over powering. Staff were friendly. Would try again.

Came here for lunch as only a 9 minute drive from work. Great little hidden gem. Ordered the grilled pork rice paper rolls and beef pho. Couldn’t fault the dishes. Pretty obvious they use fresh ingredients, chilli and sauces were bang on. Pho noodles were brilliant and the broth really hot and flavour packed. Although it looked like a small portion the bowl is deceptively deep and filled me up. Lots of meat to noodle ratio with fresh bean sprouts and basil. Saved me from driving to canley vale and Cabramatta. Thanks Saigon rush. Other bonus is they are a cafe as well so western breakfast options, coffee as well as banh mi. Definitely coming back with the team. Apologies forgot to do a before shot on the beef pho because it smelt so good.

Average Vietnamese food. Can’t really complain, they deliver what the cuisine is generically. If you’re not picky with Vietnamese Cuisine I find this is a good place to have it. Drinks ok. Reasonably priced and portioned.

I like the pho, and also they covered the chopsticks, spoons in a nice enclosed metal container, keeping them clean and hygienic. Ordered one large beef pho and one regular chicken, the beef pho size, being large, is not generous enough, but acceptable. Not a bad choice dining here.
